RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Social Dizfunksion Clothing Co., we want you to feel confident in what you choose. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window
Items purchased directly from SocialDiz.com, or from any event, may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date, unless otherwise noted.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In original packaging

Returns will not be accepted if items show signs of wear or use.

Return Process (By Mail)
To return or exchange an item:

  1. Include your name and order information inside the package
  2. Use original packaging or a secure shipping box
  3. Ship your return using a trackable method (UPS or insured USPS)
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing once your return is received.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item:

  • Follow the return process above
  • For any price differences, contact us at info@socialdiz.com

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Special order items
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “No Returns”
  • Gift wrapping and shipping fees

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will be notified once your refund is processed

Price Adjustments
Price adjustments may be requested within 7 days of the shipping date.

  • Issued as a one-time promotional code
  • Not valid on sale items, special promotions, or charity merchandise

To request a price adjustment, contact info@socialdiz.com and include your order number and item details.

Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift:

  • You will receive a store credit for the return value

If not marked as a gift:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser
